- 1 1/4 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 10 oz. jar apricot preserves or other fruit
- 1/2 c. coconut
Directions

1Crumb Mixture:

2Combine flour, oats, sugar, butter, baking soda, salt and vanilla.

3Beat at low speed.

4Scrape bowl often until mixture is crumbly (1 to 2 minutes).

5Reserve 1 cup mixture; press remaining mix into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
