  • 1 fully cooked smoked ham (12 to 15 lb.)
  • 1/2 c. honey or 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. cloves
  • 3 to 5 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 3 to 5 drops Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can sliced pineapple (optional)

Directions

    Wash ham and dry.

    Cut off rind and half of fat.

    Wrap ham in foil.

    Line shallow roasting pan with foil.

    Place ham in pan; place in a preheated 350° oven and bake for 3 hours.

    Remove from oven, turn back foil and pour off drippings.
