- 2 1/2 c. vanilla wafers (crumbled)
- 2 sticks butter
- 7 oz. coconut
- 1 jar maraschino cherries
- 1 can Mandarin oranges
- 1 can pineapples (tidbits or chunks)
- 1 can peaches (diced)
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk (chilled)
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 12 oz. Cool Whip
- walnuts
Directions

1Drain fruit and set aside.

2Melt butter in iron skillet.

3Pour in coconut and brown, add vanilla wafer crumbs.

4Remove from heat. Put aside 1/2 cup of mixtrue.

5Press immediately in 2 pie plates. Beat milk and lemon juice until peaked, add cool whip.

6Gently fold in fruit and walnuts.

7Top with crust mixture.

8Refrigerate overnight.
