  • 2 pie shells, baked
  • 1 large can Queen Anne red sour cherries, drained
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 large bananas, sliced
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 3 oz. cherry jello

    Drain cherries and mix with crushed pineapple.

    Mix flour and sugar.

    Add to cherries and pineapple.

    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.

    Remove from heat and add dry jello.

    Let mixture cool in pan.

    Add sliced bananas and nuts. Pour into pie shell and top with whipped cream.

    Can be frozen up to 2 weeks.
