- 4 c. fruit
- 6 oz. apple juice concentrate
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- handful of raisins (optional)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together, except fruit.

2Place fruit into an unbaked pie shell.

3Pour mixture over fruit.

4Bake 15 minutes at 425° and then 50 minutes at 350°.
