Ingredients
- 2 cups rice, washed and drained
- 3 tablespoons ghee
- 1 onion, finely sliced
- 4 cloves
- 4 cardamoms
- 2 12 cm cinnamon sticks
- 2 dried red chilies, broken into 2-3 pieces each
- 1 12 cups water
- 12 cup orange juice
- salt
- 1 cup pineapple, chopped
- 12 cup apple, chopped
- 12 cup seedless grapes
Directions

1Put ghee and the sliced onion in a bowl.

2Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.

3Add cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, red chillies and rice.

4Mix well.

5Microwave on HIGH for 1 more minute.

6Add water, orange juice and salt.

7Cook, covered on HIGH for 10 more minutes.

8Stir in the pineapple, apple and grapes.

9Keep covered for a few more minutes before serving.
