Ingredients

  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. strong tea
  • 1 c. cherries
  • 2 c. strawberry syrup or jam, heated
  • juice of 5 lemons and 5 oranges
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 1/2 gal. ice water
  • 2 large bottles ginger ale

Directions

    Boil water and sugar together 10 minutes. Add strong tea, cherries, strawberry syrup and lemon and orange juices.

    Stir in crushed pineapple and let stand 1/2 hour.

    Add ice water and ginger ale. Serves 50.
