  • 1 (17 oz.) can fruit cocktail (undrained)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/3 c. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Directions

    Grease or Pam a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.

    Beat all ingredients, except coconut and nuts, until well blended.

    Spread in pan and sprinkle with coconut and nuts.

    Bake until golden brown at 350° for 25 minutes.

    While hot drizzle with glaze.
