  • 1 watermelon, cubed
  • 4 cups berries (whatever in season)
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

    Simply wash all the fruit and put them in a large mixing bowl.

    Add mint leaves & lemon juice and leave it to chill and set so that all the juices work together.

    Be creative with seasonal fruits.

    Do not use fruits that will brown easily like apples.
