  • 1 (15 to 16 oz.) can fruit cocktail
  • 1 (15 to 16 oz.) can pineapple chunks
  • 1 large can mandarin orange sections
  • 3 or 4 bananas
  • 1/2 c. orange juice or more
  • 2 (3 oz.) boxes tapioca pudding mix (not instant)

Directions

    Drain fruits and add orange juice to make 3 cups liquid.

    Make pudding as directed using 3 cups fruit juices instead of the 4 cups milk.

    Cool.

    Add drained fruit.

    Add bananas just before serving.
