- 1 (15 to 16 oz.) can fruit cocktail
- 1 (15 to 16 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 1 large can mandarin orange sections
- 3 or 4 bananas
- 1/2 c. orange juice or more
- 2 (3 oz.) boxes tapioca pudding mix (not instant)
Directions

1Drain fruits and add orange juice to make 3 cups liquid.

2Make pudding as directed using 3 cups fruit juices instead of the 4 cups milk.

3Cool.

4Add drained fruit.

5Add bananas just before serving.
