  • 20 oz. pineapple chunks (in juice), drained
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 1 c. fat-free milk
  • 8 oz. fat-free strawberry yogurt
  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 1 tsp. lime juice

Directions
