  • 4 double thick pork chops
  • 4 slices apple
  • 4 slices onion
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 slices pineapple

Directions

    Brown pork chops on both sides; place in casserole.

    Top with apple, onion and seasonings.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until done.

    Remove from oven and top with pineapple slice.

    Return to oven and bake 15 minutes or until pineapple is tipped with brown.
