- 13/16 cup tea fruited, loaf
- 3 Hellmann's Lighter than Light Mayonnaise dollops*
- 1 3/8 ounces Flora Light
- 1 3/4 cups custard reduced fat
- 1 1/4 cups Elmlea
- caster sugar for sprinkling

11. Cut the loaf into 5mm slices and spread with some Flora. Cut into quarters.

22. Grease a 1 1/2 litre shallow ovenproof dish. Mix together the custard, cream and mayonnaise and pour into a thin layer over the base of the dish.

33. Layer up the loaf and custard mix, finishing with a layer of custard. Leave to soak for at least 30 minutes.

44. Dust with caster sugar. Place dish in a roasting tin and pour in enough hot water to come halfway up the sides of the dish.

55. Bake at 180 ° C for 45-50 minutes, or until the custard has set.
