  • 13/16 cup tea fruited, loaf
  • 3 Hellmann's Lighter than Light Mayonnaise dollops*
  • 1 3/8 ounces Flora Light
  • 1 3/4 cups custard reduced fat
  • 1 1/4 cups Elmlea
  • caster sugar for sprinkling

Directions

    1. Cut the loaf into 5mm slices and spread with some Flora. Cut into quarters.

    2. Grease a 1 1/2 litre shallow ovenproof dish. Mix together the custard, cream and mayonnaise and pour into a thin layer over the base of the dish.

    3. Layer up the loaf and custard mix, finishing with a layer of custard. Leave to soak for at least 30 minutes.

    4. Dust with caster sugar. Place dish in a roasting tin and pour in enough hot water to come halfway up the sides of the dish.

    5. Bake at 180 ° C for 45-50 minutes, or until the custard has set.
