- 3/4 c. sour cream or 8 oz. pkg.
- 1 stick butter
- 2 c. sugar
- 7 oz. marshmallow cream
- 1/2 c. pecans
- 12 oz. white chocolate or 5 Hershey bars or 1/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions

1Mix first 3 ingredients.

2Cook for 7 minutes.

3Add chocolate; mix in marshmallow cream, stirring completely.

4Add pecans.

5Spread in a baking dish and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.

6Makes 2 1/2 pounds fudge.
