- 6 cups sugar
- 1 12 cups butter
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 2 (12 ounce) packages chocolate chips
- 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow cream
- 1 cup nuts (I like pecans and I use about 1 1/2 cups)
Directions

1Cook sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a heavy pan over medium heat.

2Boil for 10 minutes (a slow, even boil), stirring all the time.

3Take off burner and immediately add chocolate chips, marshmallow cream and nuts; making sure you mix very well.

4Pour into a 9x13 buttered pan.

5(Note: Next time I'm using two pans so the fudge isn't so dense.)

6Let cool completely before cutting.
