- 1 pkg. wine biscuits (plain biscuits)
- 4-1/2 oz. butter
- 4-1/2 oz. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. cocoa
- Chocolate icing
Directions

1Crush biscuits in food processor.

2Melt butter, sugar and cocoa in a pot.

3Remove from heat, add well-beaten egg.

4Cook again, but don't boil.

5Pour mixture into curshed biscuits and mix well.

6Press into shallow square dish and refrigerate for 3 hours.

7Ice with Chocolate Icing, and cut into squares when set.
