  • 1 pkg. wine biscuits (plain biscuits)
  • 4-1/2 oz. butter
  • 4-1/2 oz. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp. cocoa
  • Chocolate icing

Directions

    Crush biscuits in food processor.

    Melt butter, sugar and cocoa in a pot.

    Remove from heat, add well-beaten egg.

    Cook again, but don't boil.

    Pour mixture into curshed biscuits and mix well.

    Press into shallow square dish and refrigerate for 3 hours.

    Ice with Chocolate Icing, and cut into squares when set.
