Fudgy Brownie

   Stir cocoa and baking soda into mixing bowl.

   Blend in 1/3 cup corn oil.

   Add boiling water; stir until mixture thickens.

   Stir in sugar, egg whites and remaining 1/3 cup corn oil.

   Stir until smooth.

   Add flour and vanilla.

   Blend completely.

   Spray 13 x 9-inch baking pan with nonstick vegetable oil spray.

   Pour mixture into pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
