  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 2 c. sour cream (light or 20%)
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • pinch of cloves

Directions

    Mix cream, raisins, brown sugar, salt, beaten eggs and cornstarch and mix smoothly with lemon juice and spices.

    Beat well.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake in a 375° oven until firm.
