Ingredients

  • 400 grams boneless chicken , cut into medium size pieces
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 salt
  • 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp chili powder, can add more
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes
  • 1 eggs , lightly beaten
  • 1 oil for frying

    Marinate chicken pieces for an hour or 2 by adding salt ,pepper powder,ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder

    Take the marinated chicken in a sauce pan and let it cook in its own juices for 5 to 10 mins on slow flame till all the juices dry up.

    Can add a little water (2 to 3 tblsp) if required so the chicken is boiled and cooked.

    In a separate bowl take beaten egg, add salt for taste and little pepper powder

    In another bowl, take 1/2 cup breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes and 1/2 cup grated cheese ,toss it together gently .

    Dip the cooked chicken pieces in egg and then roll in the dry mix of cheese breadcrumbs cornflakes

    Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the chicken pieces till they are light golden brown in color
