- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 ounces chunky peanut butter
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 white onion medium, chopped
- 2 shallots smalls, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cups water
- 1 lime
Directions

1In a skillet over medium-low heat, saute garlic and onions until soft but not brown

3Next, add peanut butter and water and stir until thoroughly mixed; cook until first bubbles appear.

4Add chili powder, soy sauce, sugar, and lime juice.
