  • 8 ounces chunky peanut butter
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 white onion medium, chopped
  • 2 shallots smalls, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 lime
