  • One Can of Garbanzo Beans (chopped into a cous cous consistency)
  • Salt/Pepper
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Spicy Montreal Steak Seasoning
  • Egg
  • Butter/Olive Oil
  • Corn meal

Directions

    Using a food processor, chop one drained can of Garbanzo beans into a cous cous like consistency. Season to taste. add beaten egg and table spoon of corn meal to bean mixture. Mix ingredients and make two patties.

    Heat a flat skillet (cast iron if available), on medium. melt a TS of butter and a table spoon of olive oil to cover pan.

    Dredge bean patties in a combination of corn meal and flour.

    Fry patties approx 5 mins per side on medium. Prepare like burger or patty melt.
