- 1 Can of garbanzo beans in water
- 1 Box of cream cheese, softened
- 1 Small jar of chopped pimentos
- 4-6 Pitted olives
- 2-4 Capers
- Dash of Hot Sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
- White or whole wheat bread.
Directions

1- Drain garbanzos and pimentos, mix with rest of ingredients.

2- Place everything in blender and blend thoroughly

3- With a small spatula or butter knife, spread mix on one slice of bread, add another slice (make a sandwich)

4- cut rind off the sandwich and cut it into four squares.

5- Serve immediately. If not, place a cup of milk and a tablespoon water in a small bowl and dab both outer sides of sandwiches to maintain fresh.
