  • 1 Can of garbanzo beans in water
  • 1 Box of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Small jar of chopped pimentos
  • 4-6 Pitted olives
  • 2-4 Capers
  • Dash of Hot Sauce
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • White or whole wheat bread.

Directions

    - Drain garbanzos and pimentos, mix with rest of ingredients.

    - Place everything in blender and blend thoroughly
  3. 3
    - With a small spatula or butter knife, spread mix on one slice of bread, add another slice (make a sandwich)

    - cut rind off the sandwich and cut it into four squares.

    - Serve immediately. If not, place a cup of milk and a tablespoon water in a small bowl and dab both outer sides of sandwiches to maintain fresh.
