- 4 qt. ripe tomatoes, skins removed (16 to 20; 1 pkg.)
- 1 qt. celery
- 1 qt. onions
- 2 c. water
- 6 sweet peppers
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Dice peppers, onions and celery; add enough water to cover. Cook over medium heat, 20 minutes.

2Add cut up tomatoes, sugar and salt.

3Bring to boil.

4Pack in hot, sterilized jars.

5Cook 25 minutes in hot water bath for pints, 30 minutes for quart jars.
