Garlic Cheese Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 cup water plus 2 tbsp water
- 1 cup white whole wheat flour (or all-purpose flour )
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 tablespoons potato flour (optional)
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 dash salt
- 14 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Directions

1Place all the dough ingredients in bread machine pan and select dough cycle.

2Add more flour or water, if necessary, to form a soft, smooth dough.

3( If you are using a stand mixer, knead it for 7 to 10 minutes and let it rest for 1 hour before shaping the rolls.

5When cycle is finished, turn dough in a floured surface and cut it in 12 pieces.

6I usually cut the dough in 3 pieces and divide them in half, then, each piece in half again.

7Shape into balls.

8Place them in a greased 13X9 inch pan.

9In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder and dash of salt.

10Brush the rolls with the mixture and sprinkle them with parmesan cheese.

11Turn on the oven for 1 minute, turn it off and put the pan ( uncovered ) inside of the warm oven.

12Let the rolls rise for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

13Set the oven at 350 degrees F and bake the rolls for 20 minutes or until light golden brown.

14Serve warm.
