- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 stick butter
- salt and coarse black pepper
Directions

1Place skillet over low heat.

2Add butter and melt.

3Add garlic and heat, but do not brown.

5Heat for 4 minutes over very low flame.

6Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
