Garlic Grits

  • 4 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. quick grits
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/4 lb. oleo
  • 1 (6 oz.) roll garlic cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. cornflakes

Directions

    Cook grits according to package directions and cool 15 minutes. Melt oleo and cheese roll and add to grits.

    Beat eggs with milk and stir in grits.

    Pour into greased dish and top with cornflakes. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes (double for 10 people).
