  • 1 pound noodles Linguine
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 10 garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves Minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ground black pepper

Directions

    Bring water to a boil for cooking the pasta. Add pasta and stir occasionally.

    Heat the oil in a skillet. Add the garlic and saute over medium-low heat until richly colored but not burned, about 5 minutes. Stir in the parley, salt, and pepper to taste. Cook for another 30 seconds. Take the pan off the heat. Drain the pasta and toss with the garlic sauce.
