  • 1 3/4 lb. new red potatoes, scrubbed
  • 1/3 c. butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 2 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. paprika

    Preheat oven to 425°. Cut each potato into quarters. Place in a 9-inch square microwave-safe baking dish. Combine butter, garlic, parsley, seasoned salt and paprika in a small bowl and mix well. Pour evenly over potatoes. Microwave on High, stirring once, about 10 minutes, until potatoes are tender. Put in the hot oven 6 to 7 minutes, baking until golden brown. Serve with your chicken tenders or grilled steak.
