- 1/3 c. finely chopped green onions
- 1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper
- 3 large garlic, minced
- 3 1/4 c. water
- 1 tsp. chicken flavored bouillon granules
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/3 c. uncooked rice
Directions

1Cook onions, red bell pepper and garlic in saucepan until tender.

2Add water, bouillon and salt.

3Bring to a boil.

4Stir in rice.

5Cover and reduce heat; simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
