  • 6 cups cold cooked rice
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 14 cup minced garlic
  • 1 12 tablespoons fine salt

Directions

    Heat oil in frying pan or wok.

    Add garlic and cook over low fire until golden brown.

    Be careful not to overcook the garlic.

    Remove 1 tablespoons of garlic and put in a small bowl.

    Add rice to the wok and cook until well mixed.
