- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 8 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- salt
- pepper
- lemon
Directions

1Heat oil and butter in a large skillet.

2Add garlic and shrimp; sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

3Saute 2 to 3 minutes, until shrimp is pink.

4Turn shrimp with a spatula and cook 2 minutes longer.

5Remove shrimp; garnish with lemon wedges. Serve over rice.
