  • 3/4 cup Kraft Sundried Tomato and Oregano Dressing
  • 4-1/2 cups red onions, sliced
  • 3 cups red peppers, chopped
  • 4-1/2 Tbsp. garlic, minced
  • 1-1/2 cups Italian parsley, coarsely chopped
  • 3/4 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan

    Cook cauliflower in boiling water 4 to 5 min.

    or until crisp-tender.

    Meanwhile, heat dressing in large rondeau (or in large skillet for trial recipe) on medium-high heat.

    Add onions, peppers and garlic; cook 3 to 5 min.

    or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

    Drain caulflower.

    Add to vegetable mixture; cook and stir until heated through.
