- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. pine nuts, toasted (optional)
- parsley for garnish
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except pine nuts and parsley, in food processor.

2Serve as a dip for raw vegetables or pita bread. Garnish with parsley and toasted pine nuts.
