  • 18 strips Boneless, Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
  • 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 5 cloves Garlic (or More!)
  • 2 cups Panko Italian Flavored Bread Crumbs
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Ground Pepper

    Early in the day, press the garlic and stir it into the olive oil.

    Cover and set aside, stirring occasionally.

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.

    Uncover garlic-infused oil and microwave for about 30 seconds.

    Season with salt and pepper.

    Stir well.

    Dip chicken tenders in oil, rolling them around to make sure the garlic sticks to the tenderloins.

    Roll dipped chicken into breadcrumbs, turning to coat.

    Lay breaded chicken in the pan.
