Ingredients

  • 1 c. finely chopped, peeled tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped, seeded green bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped, peeled cucumber
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 (46 oz.) can V-8 juice
  • 1 c. sour cream for garnish

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except sour cream and chill well.
