  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 2 garlic buds
  • 1/2 to 1 onion
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt

    When ready to serve, dilute with cold water and/or chicken broth to desired consistency.
