- 2 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 c. green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 c. cucumber, finely chopped
- 1 c. tomato, finely chopped
Directions

1Mix beef broth, tomato juice, lemon juice, chopped onion, sliced garlic, Tabasco, salt and pepper and chill 4 hours. Meanwhile, chop green pepper, cucumber and tomato; chill.

2Divide vegetables into soup bowl.
