- 3 Tbsp. gelatin
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Directions

1In large bowl dissolve gelatin in 2 cups tomato juice.

2Heat remaining juice and add to gelatin mixture.

3Add veggies and place in greased 5 cup mold.
