- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1/2 c. Crisco
- 4 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 3 c. flour
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar and Crisco.

2Add eggs one at a time. Add flour and baking powder gradually.

3Add vanilla.

4Add milk last.

5Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.

6Cook for 1 hour at 325°.

7Turn oven off and leave cake in for 10 minutes.

8Let cake sit in Bundt pan 20 minutes before removing.
