  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 5 c. peeled and thinly sliced apples
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

    Combine eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla.
