  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. cooking oil
  • 2 c. sifted flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 4 c. thinly sliced fresh apples, peeled
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. raisins (can use 1 c. pecans and omit raisins)

Directions

    In large mixing bowl beat together eggs and sugar.

    Add all other ingredients and pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Crumble streusel topping over batter and bake in 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
