Name: German Apple Cake
Ingredients: 3 eggs; 2 c. sugar; 1 c. cooking oil; 2 c. sifted flour; 2 tsp. cinnamon; 1 tsp. salt; 1 tsp. baking soda; 4 c. thinly sliced fresh apples, peeled; 1/2 c. chopped pecans; 1/2 c. raisins (can use 1 c. pecans and omit raisins)

In large mixing bowl beat together eggs and sugar.

Add all other ingredients and pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

Crumble streusel topping over batter and bake in 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
