  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp. water
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 4 medium green apples, peeled and cut into small pieces

Directions

    Beat eggs with oil until foamy.

    Batter will be thick. Add apples and nuts. Spread into a 9x13 pan and bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes.
