- 1 c. beer
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- dill weed
Directions

1Saute for 5 minutes.

2Add beer, salt, pepper, sugar and sprinkle with dill weed.

3Cover and cook until beer is absorbed and carrots tender.

4Then saute for a few more minutes.
