- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut
Directions

1Combine evaporated milk, sugar, egg yolks, butter and vanilla in saucepan.

2Cook over low-medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil, about 5 minutes.

3Continue boiling, stirring constantly, about 2 more minutes or until mixture turns caramel color.

4Add coconut. Cool.
