  • 2 1/3 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans

    Make/bake 2 (8-inch) unbaked pie shells. Melt oleo. Mix all other ingredients and bake in unbaked pie shells 30 to 40 minutes at 350° on bottom shelf of oven. Makes 2 good size 8-inch pies.
