- 1 c. margarine, softened
- 2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 3 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Cream margarine and brown sugar in mixing bowl.

2Add beaten egg to sugar mixture.

3Add cinnamon to mixture until completely blended.

4Add flour gradually.

5Dough will become very hard to mix.

6Final blending may need to be done by hand.

7Chill dough. Once chilled, roll out to less than 1/4-inch and cut into desired shapes.

8Bake for 6 to 10 minutes at 350° on ungreased pan.

9Allow cookies to cool and store in plastic container.
