- 1 large can red salmon, cleaned and drained
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. sour cream
- dash of lemon
- pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cucumber
Directions

1Mix mayonnaise and sour cream together.

2Divide in half; set aside.

3Mix together salmon, onion, cracker crumbs, lemon, pepper and half the mayonnaise-sour cream mixture.

4Place in a greased loaf pan.

5Bake at 325° for 3/4 of an hour.

6Mix the cucumber into the other half of the mayonnaise-sour cream mixture and use for a sauce on the loaf.
