  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup coarse-grained mustard
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill (4 tsp dried)
