- 2 thinly sliced round steaks
- 2 tsp. mustard
- salt and pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 small dill pickle
- 2 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Sprinkle meat tenderizers on each side and pound.

2Spread mustard thinly over meat; season with salt and pepper.

3Sprinkle chopped onion and pickle over each piece and place bacon over each piece.

4Roll up and fasten with toothpicks.

5Brown in small amount of fat.

6Add 1/2 cup water and simmer 1 hour or until tender.

7Use flour to make a paste to thicken gravy.

8Serve over meat.
