Ingredients

  • 1 large head cabbage
  • 2 medium bell peppers
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2/3 c. salad oil

Directions

    Shred cabbage, bell peppers and onions.

    Toss well.

    Bring sugar, vinegar, salt, honey and salad oil to a boil.

    Pour over cabbage mixture while hot.

    Let cool and do not stir.

    When cool, refrigerate.

    This will keep up to 6 weeks.
